Large-Scale Solar Parks: From Feasibility to Full Commission

Engineering, Procurement & Installation for solar parks from 1 MW and above.

SOLCAM brings over two decades of on-the-ground EPC experience to utility-scale and near-utility-scale solar park projects. For developers, landowners, municipalities, utilities, and financial sponsors, we are the technical counterpart that turns a site or a concept into a commissioned, bankable installation.

Your Independent Technical Partner : From First Site Visit to Full Commission

SOLCAM operates as a fully independent engineering service provider, procurement partner, and installation contractor.

That independence is a deliberate choice — one that keeps the client’s interests at the center of every decision we make. Our sole measure of success is the technical and commercial outcome we deliver for the project sponsor. Promoters and developers bring SOLCAM in to turn a site into a commissioned, bankable installation — with the engineering precision, regulatory fluency, and EPC accountability that financial institutions and off-takers require.

We work closely with project promoters and developers from early feasibility through to commissioning — helping them build cost-effective, bankable solutions that satisfy technical due diligence, grid connection requirements, and financing conditions. Our role is to reduce technical risk and execution uncertainty at every stage of the project lifecycle.

And our commitment does not end at handover. SOLCAM can monitor the ongoing performance of the solar park throughout its operational life — providing verified generation data, performance benchmarking, and the proactive O&M intelligence that protects both power output and financial ROI.

Three Service Pillars

Engineering & Feasibility

  • Initial site scoping and assessment
  • System sizing and energy yield modeling
  • CAPEX estimation and financial modeling inputs for sponsor review
  • Grid connection feasibility analysis — including access constraints in designated transition zones
  • Permitting roadmap under RDL 23/2020
  • Technical Due Diligence reports structured for financial institution requirements
  • Regulatory compliance baseline documentation

Procurement (on request)

  • Module and inverter selection — Tier 1 bankability standards applied
  • Structural and civil Balance of System (BoS) sourcing
  • Vendor qualification and supply chain management
  • Available as a standalone service or integrated into full EPC delivery
  • Component documentation package provided for financing and insurance underwriting

Installation & Commissioning

  • Ground-mounted park construction — civil, electrical, and protection systems
  • Substation and grid connection works
  • Commissioning and grid connection sign-off.
  • Handover documentation package — technical, regulatory, and O&M
  • Monitoring system integration — generation of data structured for investor and PPA counterparty reporting
  • Ongoing O&M monitoring available post-handover — performance benchmarking and generation optimization

SOLCAM’s solar park services are available as an integrated full EPC engagement or as modular, standalone components — Engineering, Procurement, or Installation — structured to fit the project sponsor’s existing resources and delivery model. The entry point is always a technical conversation, not a fixed service package.

Technical Due Diligence standard

SOLCAM delivers solar park projects from 1 MW to multi-MW scale. We operate as full EPC contractor — engineering, procurement, and installation under a single contract — or as a modular technical partner where the project sponsor retains some delivery functions. Every engagement is structured to deliver bankable output: Technical Due Diligence documentation, Tier 1 component certification, and regulatory compliance packages that satisfy financial institutions and PPA counterparties.

Have a site or a project in development?
Let's talk technical.

Whether you have a site under option, a feasibility brief, or a fully structured project requiring an EPC partner — the first step is a technical conversation. A qualified SOLCAM advisor will reach out to understand your project, your priorities, and how we can best support your next steps.
